I know in my heart that it was God ordained that Dr. Victa came to our church. Our church has grown and that which God has desired to do for years is now coming to pass. There were many prophecies and healings that went along with the unity that has been instilled in the people of the church. I would recommend this man of God to every church! He has a word for all to hear!
